Our History and Leadership
Established in 2006 and formerly trading as Bournemouth Property Services, BPS Builders Limited is co-owned by David Good and his son, Ben Good.
David Good brings over 40 years of building and construction experience to the team. Often found on-site, David ensures our projects are fully managed and provides a first point of contact for our clients.
Ben Good completed his Honours Degree in Construction Management in 2013, gaining on-the-job site training alongside his studies. His experience includes a major Victorian house refurbishment project on Marlborough Road, Bournemouth. Ben also holds an HNC in Quantity Surveying.

Qualifications and Accreditations
Safe Contractor Member & Accreditation: Our team is well-trained in health and safety practices. We ensure all site managers have the necessary qualifications, including SSSTS, SMSTS, and IOSH. And all workmanship adheres to the Safe Contractor standards.
Insurance and Public Liability: We maintain all necessary insurances and public liability certifications to undertake our role as the principal contractor.
Safe Contractor accreditation: Our Safe Contractor accreditation is currently pending, further underscoring our commitment to safety and quality.
